Textile Artist
Berlin, Germany; 2017-Present
Scott Culley is an artist who creates unique quilt artworks, limited edition prints and he explores themes of the macabre and masculinity (generally not at the same time) which are expressed through vibrant, intricate designs. He aims to surprise and hopefully inspire other men that quilting can be an intriguing way to express themselves. He does commissions for people who want something personalized in his style.
Day Father
Stockholm, Sweden; Berlin Germany; 2017-2019
After the adoption of our son and our move to Berlin, Germany, I had the opportunity to stay with him until he was able to attend preschool. During this time, I have enjoyed watching him grow up and discover the world while quilting and sewing during nap time.
